"My Shadow & I" Loose Incense Powder (Eco-Friendly)

This hand made incense powder is a proprietary mix of all natural herbs and resins. It has a woodsy vanilla-like aroma. I personally prefer to use this during meditation and/or ritual. Many of my ritual practices include quite a bit of shadow work. I find the sweet and musky scent subconsciously helps me to sweeten the shadow working. They remind me to come from a place of love, non-judgement, and understanding when facing my shadow-self. 

•Comes with a starter incense charcoal disc and .5 oz of loose incense powder.

•I personally break up one charcoal disc into four pieces (usually using a knife *please be careful*). I use one of the small charcoal pieces at a time. I also find using a PINCH of loose incense powder on top of the charcoal is more than enough to fill a space.
